About us

Mindflow is a training and development company, based in Coimbra, specialized in Mobile Learning and Gamification. We design and develop training projects based on the Gamification Principles since 2012. 

In the early stages, through on-site training and since 2015 using digital platforms (Mobile applications). 

Mindflow exports to 16 countries in Europe with partnerships with the Universities of Leeds and Paris.

Since 2018, in a partnership with University of Leeds, in the United Kingdom, under the leadership of Joana Pereira PhD, MindFlow develops research projects to identify and improve the learning and motivational process of the gamified training through our Mobile Applications.

Our core activity is to conceive training plans on-site or mobile and to support internal trainers to execute the plan and to improve the dynamics of their actions.
